A Day in the Life for this USA Recurve Archer

What are my days like?

Well the past couple of weeks have looked like this...
Training at the OTC and at home 6 days a week.
I start the morning off 3 days a week with a light jog and everyday with 15mins of stretching and light bow work.
I set an objective for each day and follow up with a goal statement after training.
My focus has been building strength and technique.
I have been shooting an average of 320 arrows a day.
Plus 30-40 mins of SPT's 4 days a week.
30 Form master or Bow Drops
I shoot LOTS and LOTS of blank bale everyday, every morning, every afternoon and at the end of each training session.
In the middle of my training I will shoot 30m Blank bale, to get comfortable again with distance.
I have been sore lately, especially my left shoulder. This is in part to weakness an sloppy form while gaining strength again.
I've been watching my shoulder alignment, and my string hand.
I recently changed thumb position on my string hand, its tough, but I'm sticking it out. (per Coach Guy's orders)
How can I forget the sore back...my scapula is sooo sore, my right tricep is none to happy either, but my back, uh...It will pass, I know this, just need to continue to build strength.

Focus Today...Succeed Tomorrow...
Today I focused on my shoulder alignment
